About Ronald Lewis Unplugged

This web site serves as a companion to Ronald Lewis Dot Com. It is designed to share my most intimate thoughts, opinions, experiences, ideas and more. In essence, it is an opportunity to ‘unplug’ from the ‘day-to-day’ regimen of life.

About Me

I am a happily single 27 year old (INFJ) and the oldest of three siblings: Me, myself and I. I grew up in Detroit, Michigan and have lived in Nashville, Tennessee; Denver, Colorado; and Canada. I thrive on food (who doesn’t?), learning, laughter and friendship — the “fuels of my life”. I’ve spent most of my life deconstructing and challenging irrelevant concepts (especially anything related to “race”), creating businesses, picking the brains of CEOs (Bill Gates, Donald Schneider, J.B. Hunt and dozens more) for knowledge and insight, discovering and embracing my strengths and weaknesses, and making my dreams and ideas a reality.

Friends and family will tell you that I’m a humble, loyal, giving, passionate, loving and selfless person.

Professional Stuff

I am self-employed as a blogger, podcaster, social media producer and creative tinkerer (I’m always doing or evaluating a multitude of things — there’s never a dull moment). My latest endeavor is podcasting and social media. One of my projects include the Interviews Podcast, which features conversations with CEOs, thought leaders, celebrities, etc.

Fun Stuff

I enjoy technology, deep space exploration, music (songwriting, piano, singing), movies, traveling, CNBC (Jim Cramer and Erin Burnett are favorites), stocks, computers, gadgets, traveling, flying, science, reading, writing, gatherings, comedy, social networking, social media, podcasting, blogging — just too much stuff to list, really. I don’t even know how I keep up with all of my interests — in fact, I can’t. I should clone myself.

Future Stuff

There are a lot of things I’d like to accomplish in the near and distant future: I’d love to take a trip to space! I’ve also had a long and burning desire to release an album of original music, and I hope the man who inspired me musically — Michael McDonald — will participate. Finally, it’s important that I identify opportunities within the next few years to lay a stable foundation for the next few decades of my life: My greatest contribution to humanity will come in the form of philanthropic activity. There are a lot of things I’m not happy about, and I want to at least establish a means to fix them over time.
